East must have it, since otherwise hand has no problem at all.
Win ♥ in dummy, play A of ♠ and then Q of ♣, which, I assume, East will win. And after ♦ return and ruff by West, who I assume plays a ♥ back, which I overtake with the Ace, to take finesse in trump, restricted choice. Pull trump, and claim my 10 tricks.

why not win the ♥K, play the ♥Q, overtaking, play a small ♥ tossing dummy's ♣Q? you lose a ♥, a ♦, and a ♠
it looks like that might make 10 tricks

it looks like that might make 10 tricks

Trpltrbl is right about your line of pitching a CLUB with the third heart. and his line is also the only one i can see to make this contract.
