Wasn't it this Bangladesh banker who got the Nobel price in economics a few years back?

Yes the Grameen "woman's" bank....small loans (couple of hundred dollars) without collatoral, to allow local businesses and coops to start up. It has re-invigorated the Bangladeshi economy and he did win the Nobel for it.
The Grand Design, reflected in the face of Chaos...it's a fluke!

Mohammad Yunus and the Grameen bank was awarded the 2006 Nobel Peace Price
