Can the forum flood control time be reduced, 30 seconds is a long time. Sometimes I will reply to a thread, open a new thread, read it, click reply, and I will get "flood control" message. Shouldn't 10 seconds be enough for this?

ok.. i will change this to 10 seconds... given that all new members must be bbo members as well, flood control should not be a problem...
