Say you open 1H, partner responds 1S but then the opponents bid 1NT, 2NT and 3NT, all natural. What do you lead?

I have another very similar one that I will post later.
Please note: I am interested in boring, bog standard, 2/1.

I would probably try a diamond. But I still can't decide whether to lead a high one or a low one.

I'd go with a high diamond. Close between that and a heart IMO.

Systemic high diamond. Seems much better than a low diamond to my limited mind, since we still have good odds of finding the right major to shift to if we don't want to continue diamonds.

Second choice, ♦A. But for a diamond to work, we need 5 diamonds, or 4 diamonds plus a trick. Also, a diamond lead might help set up declarer's diamonds.
A spade lead is not attractive.
That's impossible. No one can give more than one hundred percent. By definition that is the most anyone can give.

♠Q was my first thought but ♦K can do little harm and maybe the sight of the dummy makes me give up on spades and/or partner encourages diamonds.

It could be that ♦K helps opps setting up diamonds before we have set up spades, but the risk is not that big.
