Beautiful ending I missed

Lead was ♠7 (attitude, 2nd/4th), to the 4, 10 and King.

Diamond on wich west played he Queen, and Ace.

Now I tried ♥K from dummy, wich East won, and played ♣10, wch held the trick, another club to the Jack, and ♣K to the ace, clring the suit.

After 2 more diamonds this is the final position

I played ♠K to try and catch ♠Q doubleton before commiting to heart finese, but if I was awake enough I would had played much better:

play last diamond, and now West is squeezed, if he discards a spade, play ♠J, ♠Q, ♠A, and he is endplayed with the ♠9.

If he discards a heart, then play a heart to the 10, if his remaining card is ♥J, then he is again endplayed wih that card.
