Take out of Spades. If you have a TO of ♥, pass first. This is only dangerous against favourable tricky opponents who will pass 2♠ with ♥.

Double can be played as two-way
Penalty or Takeout
If the Multi hand passes the chances are that he has W2S, and double is takeout of spades
If opener runs (to hearts), double likely to be takeout of hearts
The opponents will "tell" second hand what is going on

If 2♦ is natural weak, is recommended that you play this dbl as PENALTIES, in order to avoid psyches from responder with a diamond fit. Personally, I've done a few of those psyches myself and opps usually had a lot of trouble finding their spade fit.
When 2♦ is multi, take-out (of spades) is more appropriate.

I am with Gerben.
The easiest way to remember this is to play 2♦-Pass-anything-?? the same as anything-??. So, play 2♦-Pass-2♠-Dbl the same as you would play 2♠ (wk two)-Dbl.
