East returns a little diamond, you play ♦A, west playing the ♦7!! Is this a problem or useful information?
Hmm - you cash AKQ hearts, a couple more hearts, but no useful information regarding points.
Added:
East showed up with Jxx of hearts, pitching a club and spade after 5 rounds of hearts. West pitching two spades and a club + 2 hearts.
Now what??
♣ to A, ♦10 from table.... small from East - now what? What is the best line to play for?

Any useful distributional information? Who had 3 hearts? Who pitched what? Was the little diamond the smallest available? Do they bid 1NT with 5 card majors?
I'd finnesse not knowing anything more than what you gave me.
