Tough hand.

I think I'll ruff T1 and try a low diamond from hand. I should be able to read LHO if he has Hx. I need more tricks than a cross ruff will provide so I need to set up a side suit. With the closed hand getting tapped, setting up the hearts could be a problem.

This could be wrong but its my 1st reaction.
