Restricting players by multiple level/country etc create tournament form (win ver5.0.3)

I know that the create tournament form has an Include players by level and by Host country.

Question is, how can I restrict by multiple levels or multiple countries?

Eg: Say I only wanted Intermediate or Advanced from USA or Canada to be able to play in the tourney.

Never mind...

I found the answer to the restriction by multiple level question.

As to the restriction by country, I believe this is an unsupported feature as it can be construed as discrimination based on nationality. (I read some old posts).
