Possibly an old chestnut (I may even have raised it myself before now), but I would really like to block text that appears in chat and copy it to the clipboard, so that I can then paste it into translation software without re-keying. OK I accept that the translation software is a parsec from perfect, but it is better than nothing for an ignoramus like me who did not study languages at school. Doing it in arrears from the chat log is not a solution where I need the translation pronto.

Maybe the Flash system allows this - not tried that bit out yet.
