If this will let me use BBO via a small device that can use wifi or my mobile phones bluetooth, then I will be very excited. What say those in the know? Will this do BBO TV?

I see no reason why it shouldn't work, the product seems to claim full Firefox/Flash functionality.

There are also apparently some 3rd party flash players for Palm O.S. I've got a Palm based Treo 700p and would love to find a way to make BBOFlash mobile. Anybody manage to cobble together any kind of capability on this family of smart phones?

I would think screen size limitation is always going to make this basically impossible...So much information has to be available that you would have to pare it's existing forms down an awful lot in order to make it functional on a handheld, I would think.

You could do it. Instead of using pictures of cards, just use symbols: CA, D5, etc etc. just list board #, and write out # of tricks taken so far (you-3, them-2). Back to the old school days when the only way to connect to OKbridge was via an all text terminal connection (vanderbilt.okbridge.com, sweet, it still works). I'm sure I'm not the only one who remembers these days.

The problem with this is that it would require special programming to implement, and unless bridge has a serious boom in popularity (I'm talking orders of magnitude here), I can't imagine there will ever be enough demand for that to happen.

Unless screens on handhelds are a lot bigger than I'm aware. A couple of inches just isn't going to cut it.

The N810 has a 4 inch screen but runs at 800x600 resolution. This is plenty big for BBO. I know nothing about the palm.

I have asked current owners of the N810 if the BBO Flash site works for them. They have said it hangs on loading. The N810 processor is only a 400mhz arm chip and may just not have the stuff to run bbo. I am still looking into this option.

N810 will run vnc and remote desktop viewing software. One option might be to access a desktop that where I can run the software but display it on the N810.

If I only had this set up for Christmas, it would make some of my slower holiday parties bearable. Even my grandparents have an accessible wireless network.

I guess...seems small enough I'd get a headache pretty quickly, and I have good vision.
