How would you interpret these auctions playing 2/1 GF?

1♥ - 2♣ ;
2♦ - 2♠ ;
2NT - 3♥

AND

1♥ - 2♣ ;
2♦ - 2NT ;
3♣ - 3♥

Let me guess:
The first one is 5-2-6-0.
The second one is 3-2-3-5.

The first:

With extra club length but not extra spade length, I'd bid 3♣.
With extra length in both black suits, I'd bid 3♠. However, I probably would not have started 2♣ with five spades, so that's a hesitant statement.
With a diamond frag, I'd bid 3♦.

3♥ is somewhat unusual contextually. IMO, this is a cheaper way to bid a quantitative 4NT.

Assuming 2/1 GF,

1= Opener tends to be a minimum =2542 or =3541. Responder tends to be a minimum of =4315 with extras (hence the delayed raise.)

2= Opener is a minimum of =1543 unlimited in strength. Responder definitely has extras (else they would bid 3N and end the auction rather than 2N and prolong the conversation). Responder at a minimum has something like a 6- loser =3235 or =3226 15+ count. Responder does not have 3 card ♥ support.

1. 2♠ denied 3c♥, so shoud be 4225 with Hx in ♥ and extra strength - a quantitative bid inviting slam.

Both show Hx in hearts by responder and are simply continuing the investigation. In the first case 2♠ explicitly should deny heart support, and the 3♥ bid shows extras, can be 4225 or 4216 if the clubs aren't so great. In the second I don't see why it has to be a cuebid for clubs, it could just be looking for the best game.

I agree with Josh, I would take both of these as strain suggestion (something like Hx support).

The replies so far all seem to assume that 2♠ was NATURAL showing 4+ spades. That's certainly not how I play it... but how was it intended in your first auction? That affects all the possible meanings of subsequent auctions.
