I don't think N should bid on, especially considering that S is a passed hand, but even with an unpassed p I hope I would have passed as North.

The rest of the auction is fine except for the final 6♥. I don't understand that bid. Maybe S thought that N was cueing for hearts from 4♠ on but that's not the right interpretation, unless S's 4♥ bid showed 5. N could easily have some monster 1354, and even with a 4-card hearts, clubs is probably better.

6♣ is slightly better than 6♥, but all is well that ends well.
