In what conditions would your vote change?

The only condition that would change my mind is if my LHO leaned over and showed me AJxxxxx in clubs, a few Aces, and a CC that said "Penalty Doubles of 3 openers," or something like that.
"Gibberish in, gibberish out. A trial judge, three sets of lawyers, and now three appellate judges cannot agree on what this law means. And we ask police officers, prosecutors, defense lawyers, and citizens to enforce or abide by it? The legislature continues to write unreadable statutes. Gibberish should not be enforced as law."

I would't preempt at IMPs red/white (probably wouldn't at MPs either). Otherwise its a go.

In what conditions would your vote change?

I'd pass only at unfavourable vulnerability.
Kind regards,
Harald

I preempt with this hand when no one is vulnerable. At favorable I would preempt even if you substitute K with a x.

Vulnerable I don't preempt at the third level with a 6 card suit.

Same strategy at MP.

Nil all or favourable.
