Partner looks to have a 4=0=5=4

We're now playing with a 31 HCP deck. Admittedly, my Jack of Hearts is now paper, but the King's and the stiff Spade are both golden. 5♣ looks cold. We could easily have a slam.

Unfortunately, the answer will largely depend on partnership agreements. I'd like to be able to bid 3♠.

The one thing that I won't ever do is make a bid that could be passed (3♣ strikes me as insane)

3spades. My p still can have 4-1-4-4 , 3spades show support with stiff spade, he can judge if we have 6.
