I was just in Paris and the whole city, make that the whole country of France was gaga over this Rugby stuff. Hard not to get caught up in it when you walk into any bar in Paris. Not that I visited bars in Paris.


People all over the world flew in for it. They had a huge outside tv screen set up just outside the Hotel Du Ville by the Orsey and Notra Dame Cathedral, seemed like a million people there screaming and waving flags. Huge Rugby football balloons flying on every Paris site.

I had to ask if the USA even had a team.

South Africa seem to be playing more attractive rugby. They also seem to be lacking the overwhelming conceit England seem to be displaying. And they have my sympathy because of the racial scandal there is now (apparently the government wants to fix a quota of blacks' ratio in the national team).
