Scoring: IMP

1♦-(3♠)-P-(p)
Dbl-(P)-?

Playing in a regional KO partner's 1♦ always guarantees 4.

What do you do if:
1) You play standard
2) You play 1♣=15+ HCP

4♥ and 4♥. I don't see what difference the system makes, I'm not passing and if we are playing on the 4 level we might as well play for game.
Please let me know about any questions or interest or bug reports about GIB.

I also bid 4♥, but I think this is clearer in a strong club system as partner is guaranteed to have short spades. In standard partner is fairly likely to have a strong balanced hand with two small spades and passing is more appealing (not saying that I would pas then).
Please note: I am interested in boring, bog standard, 2/1.

4♥ in both cases. Partner doubled for takeout and I have 4 hearts. What is the problem?

4 hearts.

Its quite possible that clubs is our best strain. However, hearts could easily be right as well. As long as we are guessing, lets go for the big payoff if we are right.
