What would bridge people think about bridge tracking software that would tell you exactly how sound someone has tended to preempt in the past or exactly how often they under lead aces in suit contracts or how often they play the higher honor from touching honors?

Doesn't BridgeBrowser already provide precisely that?
Psych (pron. saik): A gross and deliberate misstatement of honour strength and/or suit length. Expressly permitted under Law 73E but forbidden contrary to that law by Acol club tourneys.

Psyche (pron. sahy-kee): The human soul, spirit or mind (derived, personification thereof, beloved of Eros, Greek myth).
Masterminding (pron. mPosted ImagesPosted ImagetPosted Imager-mPosted ImagendPosted Imageing) tr. v. - Any bid made by bridge player with which partner disagrees.

"Gentlemen, when the barrage lifts." 9th battalion, King's own Yorkshire light infantry,
2000 years earlier: "morituri te salutant"

"I will be with you, whatever". Blair to Bush, precursor to invasion of Iraq

Possibly. Although if you wanted the analogue from poker it would provide that detail on all players, not just experts, and would work as a Heads-up-display (that is as an overlay on top of BBO during the bidding/play of the hand).

Is the word "pass" not in your vocabulary?
So many experts, not enough X cards.

Why were people willing to risk their hard-earned money at such a dodgy site? I'm not a poker player (since college) but it boggles the imagination.

As someone who played on AP, I had no idea it was so dodgy (it was affiliated with UltimateBet which at one point had the biggest games on the net), and it had some of the worst players I've ever played with. Sites like full tilt and pokerstars though more reputable have better overall players.

Mark Teltscher is the grandson of Bernard Teltscher (and was involved in England junior bridge at one point).

I don't understand the reasons for the disqualification. Why was making up a random handle name (or using a relative's) a violation of the conditions of contest. I tried to find the conditions of contest, but couldn't. Could someone please explain this or give me the right URL? Thanks.
