I know fit jumps are forum standard (unfortunately) but I don't think they are bridge standard (fortunately). I would bid 3C mixed raise if it was available and 2C otherwise if fit jumps are not available.

Me too, I want to preempt the first hand, even if 3 was a FJ, which it is not for me in response to the opening bid. There's real need to preempt here with only 5 HCP, IMHO.
