Law 64A - When a revoke is established:
Law 64A1 - and the trick on which the revoke occurred was
won by the offending player, (penalty) after play ceases,
the trick on which the revoke occurred plus one of any
subsequent tricks won by the offending side are
transferred to the non-offending side.
Law 64A2 - and the trick on which the revoke occurred was
not won by the offending player, then, if the offending
side won that or any subsequent trick, (penalty) after
play ceases, one trick is transferred to the non-offending side; also, if an additional trick was
subsequently won by the offending player with a card that
he could legally have played to the revoke trick, one
such trick is transferred to the non-offending side.

LAW 64 - PROCEDURE AFTER ESTABLISHMENT OF A REVOKE
A. Rectification following a Revoke
When a revoke is established:
1. and the trick on which the revoke occurred was won by
the offending player*, at the end of the play the trick
on which the revoke occurred is transferred to the nonoffending
side together with one of any subsequent tricks
won by the offending side.
2. and the trick on which the revoke occurred was not won
by the offending player* then, if the offending side won
that or any subsequent trick, after play ends one trick is transferred to the non-offending side.
As you can see the emboldened portion of law 64A2 is gone. This will eliminate the 2 trick penalty when in fact the revoke only cost the non offenders 1 trick but....
Boy is that going to make the local club director a busy beaver. We used to trot over to the table go thru our little littany. "Where was the revoke? who won revoke trick? Did offender win subsequent trick with "revoke" card? Any subsequent tricks won by offending side? ...Ok 1 or2 trick penalty ..(law 64C below)unless you can show me that you are entitled to more tricks. Now we will say " Where was the revoke? who won revoke trick?(not the offender.ok)Any subsequent tricks won by offending side? Ok let me go to my desk and determine if the 1 trick penalty is adequate and i'll get back to you sometime this week"
I can imagine a situation where the revoke gives offender the squeeze card to make an additional trick. We can even name it the 64A squeeze
Now the poor club director has to try to analyze that and decide a 2 trick penalty (oops sorry), RECTIFICATION is warrantedLet's hope that all the club directors hand analysis is ok else the people will be rioting.

C. Director Responsible for Equity
When, after any established revoke, including those not
subject to rectification, the Director deems that the
non-offending side is insufficiently compensated by this
Law for the damage caused, he shall assign an adjusted
score.
