You open most shapely 11 counts and pass most balanced 11 counts. Opps use down-the-middle bidding, albeit 1♣ could have been a doubleton in 4432.

I had bid 1 ♦ with much less, so I owe my pd another bid. If double is take out, I will choose it. And for me this is a clear take out.

dbl is not an option, although it's not penalty, p will pass very often. I think I'll pass at this vulnerability.
