Remember when Mike777 talked about Israel going into Syrian territory, and dropping fuel tanks and possibly munitions and then turn around and running?

Well, guess what. That's not what happened at all.

It turns out that 3 days before, a supertanker from North Korea containing "concrete" landed in Syria. Whatever was in it was shipped into the middle of the Syrian desert. Israel actually made a raid and blew the whatever-it-was...according to some rumors I've read, a nuclear bomb making facility, designed for refining nuclear material delivered from North Korea. The story about it just being a small incursion over empty desert? Completely false.

Even funnier, in a sad pathetic sort of way...

Secretary of Defense Robert Gates comes into the morning briefing at the Oval Office bearing bad news about some "Coalition of the Willing" partners. He says, "President Bush, I have some bad news. Two Brazilian soldiers were killed today in a roadside ambush outside Bagdad."

To everyone's amazement, all the color drained from Bush's face, then he collapsed onto his desk, head in hands, visibly shaken, almost in tears.

While his advisors look on in stunned disbelief as they have never seen him react in such a manner to any of the reports of US servicemen deaths, he continues, "How many is a brazilian?"
