Where has all the mail gone !?

It was so great during the past 2/3 test versions not to have to worry about the mail disappearing into cyber space. I could answer member's chat and even run a session with the mail safely tucked away in a corner until I was ready to deal with it.

It was just fine too using the 3.6 update over the past few days BUT not today now that it has been released to one and all - poof mail all gone !!

Maureen,

It is not clear what you mean by 'mail all gone'.

- Do you infer that your mail was lost bec. you did not receive any when you logged in?
- Which username are you having problems with?
- when did this happen ( supply timezone, pls )
- Do you share the username in question ?

Anyway - pls send this info to my bridgebase.com email address and we'll take a look

I am very happy to have seen the beta tests run so smoothly. We found a few bugs (the partnership bidding bug was maddening at times), but now the client runs smoother and faster to me than before. Truly a world class effort from world class people.

Now a request for the next one. At survivor movements, can the software automatically tells all four contestants what table number they are on, so if adjustments are needed, you know what table you're at!

Thanks, Fred, Uday, Sherry, and all that tested this and got it right!

It's an education issue then, and I need to be edumucated...:) I was referring to a chat text in the chat window but I guess I got to look at the maligned title bar once in my life...

I see some chat to kibitzers occasionally when I'm in lobby. 2nd time it happened to me.
