Under ACBL superchart

1♥ -- 1♠ ! relay is legal if the 1♠ isnt a GF bid

could some1 confirm this for me ?

I think both the mid-chart and super-chart allow it in principle, but there is a rule that responses are supposed to be "constructive." So maybe if it has some very weak (like 0-5) hand types possible there might be issues.

From the mid-chart "disallowed" section:

5. Relay (tell me more) systems except those that are game-forcing.

I don't find any such prohibition on the SuperChart.
