I'd win in hand, cash the club ace, and play a club. If east follows I ruff with the king, pitch a diamond on the spade ace and take the heart hook (assuming the queen didn't appear at trick 1). This way I set up the clubs even if they are 4-2 and hearts 4-1 onside.

If east shows out on the second club I play the same. Now I have to hope that hearts are 3-2.
Please note: I am interested in boring, bog standard, 2/1.
