Seperate "Adjust Score" box

Adjusting scores is a bit tidious. Tds need to retype a name of a player, and cant must complete the adjustment before other actions. I suggest a non-modal (floating) scoring box, that can be selected by leftmouse click on a playername.

(BTW,a simple copy Nickname function would be an improvement too)
