I reported this one long time ago via email but it is still here and causes awkward situations every now and then.

A sub arriving to a tourney during play may be unable to play a card. Board status in the top left corner says that the board is completed.

It just happened to me when I was subbed into a clocked Indy into a position of a declarer.

It does happen sometimes in my tourneys I was told. I run unclocked Indys.

Going out and in always helps. Today I didn't bother and I was subbed, with no benefit to anyone.

Can this fault please be looked into?
