I think S should jump in ♠s: personally, I'd have jumped to 3♠ over 2♥, to show a very good, long suit. Had I rebid 2♠, which is forcing one round, so I am usually going to survive, I'd jump to 4♠ next time. The partnership question is just how good a suit do we show with a jump on the second round? If it is played as solid, then we have to defer the jump... but at some point we have to reassure partner that we are not bidding on KQ9xxxx. This is a one-loser suit opposite a void... and it is TRUMP no matter what partner says... we have to tell him that.

I have to say, I would bid 4S over 2H, if you dont want
to do this, ok, ... than your bidding is fine, as long as 2S
cant be passed (but this fear is an european fear, the
americans say, 2S is forcing :P )

Yes, 2spades is forcing and agree with it. 3S for me would show more overall hcp 10+. By bidding 2s and 4s I can limit my overall strength to partner.
Prefer:

1c=1s
2h=2s
3nt=4s

I'd rebid 2♠ and then jump to 4♠.
North should probably raise to 5♠, and south should accept with this trump suit.
Kind regards,

I think 2♠ then 4♠ is weaker than 2♠ then 3♠. Bidding is fine, as north I'd prefer to show extras instead of bidding 4♠, but I wonder how, maybe with 4♥ or 5♠

The bidding is fine, but I have a slight preference for S jumping to 4♠ at some time. Jumping to 3♠ in the second round should show a stronger hand, IMO.
