I learned a certain system of playing modified SAYC. when I play with different partners, what does the convention card indicate? only mine or both of ours agreed.

Not sure i underdstand but agreement is always between atleast 2 people, you cant agree with yourself and since a convention card represents agrements its cant be yours alone. Yet many ppl put their favorite system notes to let thier partner see them and suggest that you will agree to play it.

Maybe his question is what happens if both players load a CC. I think the pair's CC is whichever one was loaded last.
