4 years ago i was diagonos as a Diabatic with high suger level. The sugar level must be 5 to 8 in the meter to consider good sugar level. The doctor told me there are 4 different major disease can come out of diabatics. Also told i must take my medication regularly and should not take more then 1 ounce of alcol or wine or 1 beer, ok Doc. then comes funny part all important DIET, After 2 weeks of diet i started to think is staying alive is so important that i have to give up everything
I love, my answer was no. Keep thing blood sugar is part of diagestive system and if i can somehowe help my digestive system may be i can pitch this diet to somewhere. I start thinking most people drinks a cup of coffe or tea after meal, so i started drinking coffe with artifical sugar, for 3 4 days. on 4th day my sugar level was 6 plus minus. In short now i eat my favourite like chesse cake with strawberry,
butter tarts, coconut macaroons, icecream, as well as all types of meat and vegitables. yes u r invited.
