I know that I love them...
I found a good source for the raw materials...
I know what they are supposed to taste like...
I even know that they are supposed to be marinaded (and I suspect that red wine or wine vinegar is involved)

Beyond that I'm drawing a blank

Don't suppose that we have any Brazilians handy
