can t play problem to charge the tournament

i log in with my user name lululita and i have to wait half n hour to charge players and boards and when is completa, the system stucks. The problem is that don´t happend in others PCs, I thought was my PC but I bought a new one and the same thing happend, my internet connection is the same I use 4 years ago,
Do anyone knows what could happens???????

Hi Lululita,

Never heard this problem before.

Does this happen every time? Always? Are you using old windows 98 or so or new ones?

Try uninstalling/reinstalling BBO I guess. Your PC is probably the problem. Good luck.
