While ago in a high profile case defense lawayers produced DNA sample of the defendent, stating the sample is unique for 1 against 3 billions human. Now another high profile case child's DNA is used to validate the father child relationship. so what happened to 3 billons unique human sample. May be it works in diffierently if you shout louder. wow wow lol lol.

What is your point?
1) In case one the word unique was used.
2) In case two the word validate was used.
These are not mutually exclusive nor contradict each other.

Do you know anything about genetics? A child gets half their DNA from each parent. And in the case of a boy, the Y chromosome comes from the father (females don't have a Y chromosome), so they will be practically identical.
This allows you to compare the DNA and determine whether it's possible or likely that the man is the father.
