All sources of energy are now free. Governments must use tax dollars to produce energy (wind, solar, hydro, gas, even oil and coal etc.) and provide for its unlimited distribution.

Schools and "working hours" start at 10 am, not at 8:30.

1: The government should generally not aim at proxy targets, like solar energy. The goverment might aim at certain ultimate targets (like reduced CO2 emision). The link from ultimate to proxy targets is generally done better by market forces than by government.

2: The "The citizens should be kept stupid and happy"-doctrine should be abandoned. Don't teach young schoolchildren nonsense because the dpt. of eductation thinks that they are not mature enough to deal with the evil truth. Don't create illusionary justice and illusionary civil rights. Any departure from justice and civil rights should be transparent.

3: Somewhat contrary to (1): The government may support the development of state-of-the-art industry standards to easy the fasing out of anacronistic de facto standards, like the QWERTY keyboard layout. Of course the de facto acceptance of the new standards is largely to be determined by market forces.

4: To get rid of irrational and/or anti-constitutional discrimination, goverment offices should not have acces to information on the basis of which they might discriminate illegaly. For example, a judge should never be allowed to know the skin color of someone involved in a lawsuit (unless relevent, such as someone complaining about a bas advice on U.V. protective cosmetics) and should not know their sex (unless relevant, such as in sexual abuse cases where penetration has been claimed),

If by sheer dumb luck I was king, I wouldn't know what to do with myself.
