If you are a Union or a corporation you cannot directly contribute money to an anti candidate advertisement in the blackout period(30 days) before a primary or election.

This is simply Big Brother telling us we cannot spend our money and get this jerk out of office....Nuts!

Now the Supreme Court may ban issue ads such as Abortion or prochoice...guns or antiguns ads by these parties...Nuts!

According to what I read, this statement is about 200% wrong.

And to whom should we turn - the lawmakers who created these laws, the President who signed them into law, or the Supreme Court, whose members are appointed for life?

We might have one chance left - elect someone like Ron Paul president and turn out every incumbent in the Senate or House - then wait for the S.C. to wither via natural selection.

What...what proof do you have?

See the case before them yesterday concerning Wisconsin.

Basic issue what does this blackout ban cover. What the ad actually says..or other?
What is ok to ban and what is not....banning anything is Nuts....from these parties.

Try 100% correct. :)

In anyevent...the first ban from few years ago..(mcCain Feingold), passed by congress, signed by Bush and upheld by the Supremes..is terrible....travesty.
