Are we playing weak / strong Michaels? In any case, I would not expect 5 hearts from partner; 4 would be suffiicient.
With many hands with a 5-5 (and too strong for a Michaels); pard is not monkeying around with 3♥. he may bid 4♥ to help us with the decision over the pending 5♦, or he may just bid 4♠.
This hand is a little thin for a limit raise. If we could show a constructive raise via transfer advance, that would be the call that I would choose.
Playing maximal doubles; 3♥ isn't even a suit; its just a generic game try, and I would have passed 4♦. If 3♥ does show a suit, then taking the push seems OK; but why not play in the 4-4 fit? Pitching a club from my hand on the 5th spade could be crucial.
Last, even if I bid the hand as presented, I would not bid over 5♦. I've already overbid this at least once; initially because of the 4th trump, and later because of the double fit. What more could I possibly have to say? I have a bad holding in diamonds, and my ♣Q is probably worthless.
