4 Wins Who needs regular partners?

I play in the Illini Regional (held in Champaign, IL) every year. I have had a fair amount of success in it, but I did do one thing I had never heard of before. I won four regional events (1 Pair, 2 Swiss, and 1 KO) in one regional with completely different partners and in the case of the three team games, totally different players on each team. Anyone else ever heard of that before?

I just wonder is this tourney never held in my old hometown of Urbana? :)

Yes, it is held where the old Chancellor Hotel used to be in Champaign.
