can't see sybols of SHDC in the bidding box Can you help me?

Hi all, One of my friend who re-installed the BBO softeware last weak, But he could not see the sybols of ♠♥♣♦ in the bidding box under the new system. Do you know what problem it is ,how to solve it ? thank you .

He is missing the SYMBOL font.

If your friend is using Windows, send an email to support@bridgebase.com and someone will send him the fix.

If he is using Linux, search these forums for linux.
