after having experimented with that 2 minutes timewindow after the first accept to upload hands into a teammatch i would appreciate if there was a regular option to do so. if players accept too slow, there is no way of getting the job done. The need for that feature is there i guess @ least for teaching reasons in groups of less than 12 people.

I use this feature all the time. The best method is to tell one player not to accept the match invitation until you tell him that it is OK to accept. That will give you plenty of time to upload the hands.
I agree, however, that it would be nice to be able to upload pre-dealt hands in the match creation dialog box.
The teams match improvement that I really want to see is when a match creation is unsuccessful due to someone rejecting, when you try to create it again it automatically prefills with whatever you had last time so you dont need to reenter everything again.

You don't have to. It is there all the time. Just make sure you do not close the "Create Team Match" Dialog box. If some one rejects, just change that person's name with some one else. All the 8 names still remain there, unless you close this Dialog box.
