I had lead the Ace of Heart too. Did not work, wtp?

If pd did not raise me, I had lead the ace of HEart too.
I belive the cases where this can gain cause of pds Heart shortage and the cases where another lead blows a trick too are much more then the cases where I gift them a trick in Heart. If declarer had bid 4 Spade with KJx in Heart he should have about 18 points outside of HEarts too, so he will make it anyway.
