GW concerned about the "diminution of democratic institution(s)"? This must be the ultimate hypocrisy. How kind of his friends at Fox to correct his mistaken grammar, btw.

Chavez is a madman and GW, if capable of being worried about anything, is probably worried about the interests of the U.S. oil companies.
