Scoring: MP

WEST NORTH EAST SOUTH
  1     pass     2    pass
  2     pass    2NT   pass
 pass   pass

Assuming you lead 4th-best, what is your lead and why?

Do you general lead a major?
Do you prefer to lead from A10xx instead of K9xx?
Can it be wise to lead openers rebid suit?

I would lead the 5. If you get the A out then you know you can come back and cash the king after you take one of your aces.

I slightly prefer to lead an unbid major over an unbid minor, but I don't think it is as important as others seem to believe.
I strongly prefer to lead from K9xx instead of ATxx.
I would almost never openers 5card suit. Why set up his suit while he still has entries? If partner has KQJ98, then he can double ;)

With a long suit that could be run, I think I prefer the more aggresive lead.
