i`ve downloaded the new beta version , but i dont see anything there that allowes barometer(results after exh round) can someone please fill me in on that, wanting to add that the new version is working out fine, lots and lots easier to host tourney, good job uday

barometer is an option for team games (has been for a while).
For pairs, it is not yet a separate option, but is included with the Swiss/Survivor movements

This mean that on team match now it is possible to know the result of each board before the end of the match ?

For team games, yes, will know result of each board before end of match.
When you create a team game, choose "Barometer score".

For pairs, I think if you choose "Survivor" but choose 0% elimination you will get to see scores each round, but it will still act as random pairs event. If you chose Swiss style it'll start pairing top people against each other, but can still see score.

Am I right?
