I have removed a suspect name from the list, zasanya could try again or anyone with a name starting the Q-Z would be helpful :P

Lets set a time for this to run, we need atleast 1 person to be td who can comit to being here.

I tried and failed to register.Same message.17 registrations now.

I am not on the list because I have (guess) posted less than a dozen messages since joining a few months ago but I read do read general discussion area regularly and some of the others from time to time.

I would like to play in the tournament. Please post again what to look for in the tournament list to register for it once my name is on the eligible list. I use trysalot on BBO games server and here.

I agree with whoever suggested 2 tournaments 12 hours apart. That way everyone anywhere in the world could have a good chance of getting to play in a forums tournament.

My opinion is that 24 board indies, 2 boards a round, 22 minute rounds (time added for socializing with partner and opponents), would give the opportunity for many to get acquainted.

I have registered. I can direct/co-direct if desired almost any time...Arbelour10's schedule is OK by me - which if this is to be conducted during the last weekend of the year would be NYE here downunder, I think.

How about clocked , 7min boards, 12 boards?
Clocked vs. unclocked should reduce the number of repeat partners and give more time for chat between rounds.

uday registered ok..so only a few names left and I can't see any problems there.

Well.... how about Saturday 30th December 10am (pst)

if my calculations are correct thats 8pm CET, 7pm BST, noon CST, 1pm EST, 7am NZT* the only hiccup is I think thats 4am for MrDodgy and others in OZ

10am PST is 7pm CET (Paris, Warsaw, Berlin), 6pm GMT (UK) and 8pm EET (Sofia, Bucharest).
