Obvious! If the K of H is in declarer's hand, nothing is lost; if the K of trumps is in dummy continue with your small trump and watch as declarer tries to drop Qx.
This lead can only cost if pd has 0 trumps or the stiff J - possible, but unlikely.

wow, that is sweet...I admit I wouldn't have thought of it. You have convinced me...ace of hearts.
Even if partner has stiff J of hearts declarer will never guess it.

Yes, Ace of ♥. A classical hand like that I read came out immediately when I see this post. If HK on dummy, continue with Hx, else, switch to ♠K or a minor.
