Pass - I find that I tend to pass these more often than most, but partner's hand may be worthless as dummy even if we can find a better fit.

I'll bid 2♥. Since I can't have 4 hearts, this should show a 5314 or 5305. (Eventually a 4315 if your system opens that 1♥.) Glad I'm playing such a precise system in this situation... lol.

I'm assuming that 2♦ shows a long Diamonds with insufficient values to penalty double 1NT...

I'm going to redouble for SOS. It should suggest this type of shape.
2♥ would show longer Hearts.

I think if you're going to rescue then 2♥ is better than XX.

Are you privy to some information the rest of us aren't, Richard? Matt stated that the 1♥ opening denied as many as four hearts, in which case 2♥ certainly shouldn't show longer hearts.

And I don't think the 5431s should be pulling, so this suggests 5305 pretty exactly -- possibly 6304 or 4306, but the latter won't pass 2♠ if it's doubled.
