I would support clubs and bid rkc later. If I bid spades now, it would be difficult to show such good club support. But if you play MP and have a good agreement between partnership, to bid spades might be winning strategy.

Impossible to answer without knowing your system. Is 1♦ an artificial positive? Does it deny certain types of positive hands? What would a 3♣ bid by this hand show (or ask?). Are there relays available at this point?

There are a number of minimums for partner that give good play for slam, for example AQxx of clubs and either red king. Assuming that your bidding will be mostly natural and game-forcing from this point on it seems normal to raise clubs.

Of course there are a number of other questions to be asked about the methods that may effect followups.

If partner has Ax in spade, you will find out
early enough, e.g. if responder makes a cue
in openers suit, such a cue should show a top honor
rather than shortage.

You have lots of room to explore slam, simplify
the future bidding process, and set trumps.
