Create a new private club

And a similiar question:

a new public club? For example, with swedish/scandinavian as common language? There ARE swedes who dont speak english.
Cats bring joy and a feeling of harmony and well-being into a home.
Many homeless cats seek a home.
Adopt one. Contact a cat shelter!

I can understand making exceptions for other countries but should we really allow non English speaking Swedes to play on BBO? B) Who next the Irish?
