1H.

I open 4M more than many players, but the good 4 spades
argue strongly against it. Switch spades and a minor, and
I bid 4H like a shot.

4H is reasonable, though, and I wouldn't be upset with a partner
who bid it.

1H for me. 1 opp has allready passed...OK so has PD, but with 4S you aren't concerned about preeempting Spades, and the chances the opps can make 5m isn't so great.

If you open 4H you might not like it if there's KQx(x) in front of you (but that is always a risk)

1H for me, but if my spades were exchanged with a minor suit, then I'd open 4H in 3rd seat.
