If you have not tried BBO Version 4.8.7 or later, I suggest you use the link below to read about it before upgrading to 4.9.6:

Version 4.9.6 is what Microsoft might call "Release Candidate #1".

The only changes in 4.9.6 are bug fixes, but please upgrade and see if you can break it. Report all problems to me either by making a Forums post or by sending e-mail to: fred@bridgebase.com

Your testing can help us to ensure that we will not be faced with a disaster after we release a new version to 1000s of non-volunteers.

The new version does not contain the latest language files. If you are part of the BBO translation team, please click this link:

Instructions for upgrading to version 4.9.6 follow.

You can upgrade to 4.9.6 at:

or download everything at:

I suggest you use the first method, but however you do this, please make sure you exit the BBO program COMPLETELY before you start the download process.

But d/ling the whole thing works, odd

I can't explain why, but apparently downloads sometimes fail.

There is nothing wrong with the file itself.
